1. Who We Are
Quantum Intelligence is a research platform developed by
Francesco Lentini, operating under the legal entity
Eloisa Technologies (Italy).
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your
personal data when you interact with this platform, in compliance with
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
For any question or request regarding your data, contact us at the address
listed in Section 9.
2. What Data We Collect
Quantum Intelligence is designed around a quantum-privacy principle:
we collect the minimum data necessary for the platform to function.
Data you provide directly
- Email address - provided during registration to receive your quantumpass.
- Contact form data - name, email address, and message text submitted via the contact form.
- Text input - content you submit for analysis through the chat interface. This text is stored. Each exchange, meaning your message together with the reply, is written to a conversation log on our server. A question the engine cannot answer from its own knowledge base is forwarded to an external AI provider, and the resulting question-and-answer pair may be added to the knowledge base, where it becomes part of what the platform knows. Please do not submit personal, confidential, medical or otherwise sensitive information through the chat.
Data generated automatically
- quantumpass - a randomly generated alphanumeric identifier that serves as your sole access credential. It is stored in association with your email address.
- Quantum state - an aggregated profile derived from your analysis sessions, stored in association with your quantumpass. It does not contain personally identifiable information beyond what you have submitted.
- IP address - recorded by the web server and used to name the conversation log file described above. Under the GDPR an IP address is personal data, and we treat it as such.
We do not collect passwords, payment data, biometric data, or any special categories of personal data under GDPR Art. 9. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics services.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
- Contract performance (GDPR Art. 6.1.b) - processing your email to deliver the quantumpass and platform access.
- Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6.1.f) - processing analysis input to provide the service you requested; contact form messages to respond to your inquiry.
- Consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a) - sending you report emails when you activate this feature.
4. How We Use Your Data
- To deliver your quantumpass and enable platform access.
- To compute your Quantum Score and maintain your quantum state across sessions.
- To send analysis reports by email when you request them.
- To respond to contact form inquiries.
- To improve the platform’s analytical models (using anonymised, aggregated signals only).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing
purposes, and we never will. We do, however, rely on the external providers listed in
Section 5 to operate the service, and the text you write reaches them.
5. Cookies, Tracking and External Providers
This platform uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics
(e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
Technical session data may be stored in your browser’s local or session storage
to maintain your quantumpass during a visit. This data is not transmitted to external servers.
External providers that receive your text
The absence of trackers does not mean the absence of third parties. To answer you, the
platform relies on the following providers, acting as data processors:
- Generative AI - when the engine has no answer of its own, your question is forwarded to Anthropic (Claude) or Mistral AI, depending on configuration, which returns an answer. Only the text of the question is sent: no identifier, no quantumpass, no IP address.
- Translation - when you write in a language other than Italian, your text may be sent to the Google Cloud Translation service so the engine can process it.
- Hosting - the servers are operated in the European Union by Aruba S.p.A.
The AI and translation providers may process your text outside the European Union,
including in the United States, under the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of
the GDPR.
6. Data Retention
- Email address and quantumpass - retained for as long as your account is active, or for a maximum of 36 months from your last login, after which they are automatically deleted.
- Quantum state - retained for the same duration as your account.
- Contact form messages - retained for up to 12 months and then deleted.
- Conversation logs - your messages and the replies, stored against your IP address, retained for 12 months and then deleted.
- Question-and-answer pairs added to the knowledge base - retained for as long as the knowledge base is in service, because they become part of it. They carry no identifier and are not linked back to you.
7. Your Rights (GDPR Art. 15–22)
As a data subject under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification of inaccurate data.
- Erasure (“right to be forgotten”) of your data, without undue delay.
- Restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
- Data portability in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 9.
We will respond within 30 days as required by law.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority
(Garante per la protezione dei dati personali -
garanteprivacy.it).
8. Minors
This platform is intended for users aged 18 and over.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us immediately
and we will delete the relevant data without delay.
