Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Quantum Intelligence platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access the Platform.

The Platform is operated by Francesco Lentini, under the legal entity Eloisa Technologies (Italy). These Terms are governed by Italian law and, where applicable, by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Description of the Platform

Quantum Intelligence is a research platform that applies quantum-inspired computational methods to the analysis of natural language. The Platform allows registered users to submit text inputs and receive analytical outputs, including a Quantum Score (ψ), profile indicators, and generated reports.

The Platform is provided for informational, research, and personal development purposes only. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

3. The quantumpass

Upon registration, you receive a quantumpass: a randomly generated alphanumeric code that serves as your sole access credential. You are solely responsible for keeping your quantumpass confidential. We strongly recommend you store it securely.

We cannot recover a lost quantumpass. If your quantumpass is lost, you may register again with the same or a different email address to obtain a new one.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform to:

• Submit text for analysis through the chat interface.
• Review and download your Quantum Score and analytical reports.
• Explore your quantum state profile across sessions.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Submit content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, or harmful.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code or underlying models of the Platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, source code, algorithms, analytical models, terminology, and branding elements of the Platform - including but not limited to Quantum Intelligence™, quantumpass™, Quantum Score™, quantumbot™, and the ψ formula - are the exclusive intellectual property of Francesco Lentini.

The use of these materials, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes, publication, or redistribution, without prior written authorisation from Francesco Lentini, is strictly prohibited.

You retain ownership of any text you submit to the Platform. By submitting text, you grant Eloisa Technologies a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process that text solely for the purpose of providing the Platform’s services.

6. Platform Provided "As Is"

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• The results obtained from the Platform will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected.

The analytical outputs of the Platform (Quantum Score, profile indicators, reports) are computational models, not factual assessments of personality, ability, or psychological state. They should not be used as the sole basis for any consequential decision.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Francesco Lentini and Eloisa Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to access the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your use of the Platform at any time by ceasing to access it and requesting deletion of your account data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
